Here's the deal. Buy a 3lb or bigger bag of FLORIDA Grapefruit. Send them the receipt with the form. (I also included the tag from the bag since my receipt only stated "Produce") and...Viola!!! Got spoons in the mail today...they are very nice and heavy weight!!
